I work 8 hours a day on cars and I need to know how the calorie counter works in order to put in my hours. And like today was a hot day and I know I was sweating off calories. Please help.

You aren't supposed to enter work as exercise, that is accounted for when you set your activity level. For example, if you sit at work and use a computer all day, you would be sedentary. Settings > update profile > very active (probably?) and that will give you extra calories. Then you just log intentional exercise.0
