You can target areas for muscles and toning but you cant really target which areas to lose fat from. The body just does its thing unfortunately.0

Are you sure it's fat? My legs are big, but they're pretty solid. I'm hoping that this year I can lose a little more fat off them to show the muscles.
For me, I think lifting heavy has done the most for my legs. Weighted squats, leg press, weighted lunges.0 -
As said above you cant spot reduce, but you can exercise the underlying muscle.0

Women with shapely thighs are sexy. Work with it. I bet you look great.0

Measure them along with your neck, chest, stomach, waist, hips, and upper arms. Track these measurements every two or three weeks rather than weight.
Stay the course with your eating plan. If you’re losing fat overall, you’ll begin to see a change in your body size (although it will never be exactly the way you want). I carry most of my fat in my stomach, and have to take my bf way down to see improvements there.0 -
When I started my weightloss journey I had massive thighs... That's where I store most of fat and is always the last thing to lose weight on(also it genetic). But I've been doing ALOT of cardio and I'm starting to see changes after 3 weeks which is a shock to me. I now do 2 hrs cardio on the treadmill. Hope this helps0
