2 weeks on the app now and it is keeping me honest about my routine and almost makes counting calories fun...Even my daughter enjoys scanning the barcodes for me so I don't cheat :). Feel free to add me if you like. My latest thing is SUP paddling and shorter, hi-intensity workouts because I might have ADHD at the gym, but it has been working. I also love food and brewing beer so it has been a rollercoaster ride for sure.
