Hi
I am a person who so far has started well and then ends up not so well.
i am 11st 6, 5ft 3 and go up and down the pounds quite a lot.
i work 3 times a wk 12 hour shifts on a ward so i am on my feet walking up and down a lot of the day, I do not record this as exercise. And I am thinking of starting 30 DS (again) and c25k on my days off with one rest day a week.
A lot of my problem i think is i have never lost enough weight to notice a difference which i know would give me such a boost and the fact i have a sweet tooth.
I know this does vary from person to person, but how much did people lose till they noticed a difference?
I really want to do this now, i have had enough but just need some motivation to get me back on track and hearing when i may start seeing a difference will give me a boost.

It takes two weeks for your body to adapt to your life style change, four weeks for yourself to see any change and eight weeks for others
So keep going!
For me, I lost about 3kg and I noticed my face was slimer.
Don't look at scales. Measure yourself with tape each week- if you diet and exercise you are guarantee to lose weight! Good things take time0 -

I noticed a difference after the first ten pounds. But motivation doesn't come from losing weight. Motivation comes from seeing something that a healthy weight would give you that you want more than being able to eat anything and everything you want.0
