Gonna bust my butt

Well I'm going to the YMCA every day walking on the treadmill for 30 minutes. I check my weight every Sunday. I just started this morning. And I am gonna stick to it. I have to loose weight. Most of my clothes are starting to not fit me which is depressing. I'm right now weighing 278 pounds. Wish me luck.

    You should try more workouts such as the elliptical or some strength training with weights!
