Hi!
I have a query about the scale, wondering if anyone can help.
So monday, after about 2 weeks I was down to 68.7kg (from 69.5) today on Friday I weighed myself and I'm 68kg.
I did weigh myself in the morning (I only weigh myself at the gym and usually go in the evening apart from today)
Do you think this 0.7 kg is worth tracking? Or is it purely because I've weighed myself this morning?
Thanks

I track every month. Every other weight loss goes on paper.0

.7 of a kg is over a 1lb I would log it myself as the trend will go down.xx0

I track daily because it logs into trendweight.com to give me an overall path of fluctuations
so for example this week I've been up 0.6lbs, then down 1lbs then down another 1lb and today I'm up 2lbs on yesterday's new low so today I'm up 0.4lbs on a week ago
I find it interesting .. all waterweight fluctuations - sodium, hormones and change-up in weight training0 -
Thanks guys!! Sounds like it might be useful to log but not to take it as gospel!0
