Question. This morning I did 15 min on a stationary bike. More to wake up. Not my normal workout. Anyway, the bike says I burned 80 cal. But when I entered into MFP it defaults to 179. How do I know what is right? My bike does not ask age or weight.

Well, without asking specifics like age, gender, past workout experience, intensity, bike type or anything else I'd recommend using something below 179. Do you think you could burn 360 in 30 minutes cycling at the rate you did this AM? Maybe.

No. It was pretty mellow. I entered 100 cal.

I always go with the lower one. That way I still get to eat a little more and if it's wrong then I brunt even more. Calories In Calories Out!

How far can you run in 15 minutes?
