Lets just say that I weighed myself last night and what I saw on the scale was not pretty..207lbs!!!!!! I have NEVER been this heavy in my life, I weighed less when I was pregnant..I mean WTF!!!! Well needless to say that I was not happy...you might say that I was pissed...so after I finished my self loathing, I went onto YouTube and found an exercise channel and worked out for 37mins and although I almost died...I am glad that I took the first steps. Going to try and cut out sugar for the next 30days and hopefully I don't kill anyone in the process LOL.

Looking for some Pals that are having the same struggles and will motivate and maybe even hold me accountable.

    I'm in the same boat. I didn't weigh myself for a while and had pretty much given up. Surprised me when I stepped on the scale at the beginning of March and saw 206 lb. I almost cried. But, it was what I needed to see in order to realize I need to watch what I'm doing and lose weight.

    Congratulations on taking biggest step... the first one!! Know that you can and will do this. Keep looking up those exercise videos and start counting your calories and will see a change in no time at all!!
