Snacking in the evening

I eat healthy all day. However, in the evening, I want to snack on something. Does anyone have any suggestions for me? What healthy snacks could I eat?

    I like yogurt in the evening because it's not too heavy but it keeps me satiated when I want a snack in the evening. My favorite is greek with honey.

    First question, how many calories do you reserve for the evening snack? And are you watching carbs or restricting or limiting certain types of food?

    For example, I cook or prepare low carb desserts or snacks for after dinner (but I plan them in my calorie goal).. I spread my carbs throughout the day so I do not consume excessive amounts in one sitting..

    Yogurt is my morning snack or breakfast and not very satisfying at night.

    I would say for salty cravings maybe some baby bell cheese and a cracker, popcorn (1 cup or two), handful of almonds or pistachios, etc..

    For a sweet snack, may 1 tablespoon of PB and graham cracker, or even a cookie and small glass of milk, I even have sugar free ice cream after dinner...

    This could be anything you already enjoy eating and just eating it within your calorie allotment for day so you keep your calories accounted for and enjoy eating what you already like to eat....
