I leave school to go straight to work I get off real late so I don't have time for intense work out But I want to change that I need exercises that I could do like 20mins a night that will help me build my strength ... Just so you know I can't do a push up to save my life ....

Body weight workouts are the easiest. Google "you are your own gym" or even just "bodyweight exercises" and you'll find a bunch of them. If you can't do a push up yet, make that a goal. Do modified or negative pushups to build up your strength until you can do one. Then do two, three and more.

I like pilates for overall workout. Do you have access to stairs or a treadmill at work where you could get in mini-workouts?

I recommend T25. It is just over your 20 minute mark (they are all 25 mins) but Shaun T makes you work hard and you will see amazing results! I used his program this time last year and lost about 8lbs (I was 150 went down to 142). For me that was amazing! I had been stuck for a while. If you want more info just send me a message.

Check out Blogilates. She's got a bunch of workouts you can do at home with no equipment. Also, 20 minutes of cardio is pretty easy to get in with a quick jog/elliptical/treadmill.
