    I'm not doing keto, but I definitly keep an eye on my carb intake. Depending on what my exercise is, i try and keep it below 150g...if the exercise is intense (like tonight's plan of action) then I keep it under 200g. I'm completely dairy free so that helps a little

    Not doing "low low" carb but I do have my macros setup to eat under or at a certain number of carbs. But I change it around every couple of weeks..

    I am jumping between just a "lower" carb" back to a moderate carb load. I do this for exercising, etc..

    I tried "low low" carb for about 3 days and this does not work for exercising like I do.. I am not dairy free at all and the fat and protein in a lower carb diet seems to work and has a lot of benefits for different people and different reasons..

    It is a personal choice depending on your lifestyle, eating habits and fitness...

    I started low carb trying to stay below 50g a day, this is my first week so no high impact exercise for me, just havent the energy for it...

    I am doing low carb. I have my macronutrients set up so my limit is 30 carbs a day. I went over today by 9 so it is a challenge. I subtract fiber so I am always much lower than what MyFitnessPal says I am eating. You can add me if you want.
  • Just started I hit 350 and even though I have a lot of muscle I could not live with this after 4 weeks I'm down 24lbs 326 started running recently add me if you like.
