Meal prep

I want to lose weight and I'm very active (weight training and cardio at least 6 days a week) as for food, is 6-7 meals a day really necessary to help shred? I'm a college student and work so I can't find time to meal prep so as long as I fit my macros I'm good or no?

as long as you hit your macros and get the proper micronutrients as well it doesn't really matter about meal timing, # of meals, etc. other than in terms of energy level0

I find 3 meals with one possible snack much easier to manage. I also like having 3 bigger meals than 6 small ones.0

I work construction 14 hours a day, so I have to pile my calories into two meals.0
