Jillian M 6 week 6 pack

I completed JM 30 Day Shred and Ripped in 30 and just started 6W6P yesterday. I am used to her other circuit training videos where there are cardio and weights involved, so I am wondering what I should do in conjunction with 6W6P? I was thinking about incorporating BFBM or NMTZ in throughout the week. What are some other thoughts/opinions?? Thanks!
