    Thank you darling! And you so can do it! I know this is strange but my motivation is imagining looking really good in certain clothes that I see at stores and really want to wear. Idk why but it's worked for me because I know that if I don't eat well and work out, I won't look the way I want to in those outfits. Maybe I'm crazy but hey it works :p haha
