    More of whatever you like to eat? Use full fat versions of things where possible, and add in extra protein.

    Every bulking recipe I've come across had food with 0% fat..
    Should I eat food/drinks with full fat normally?

    Fat is an essential macronutrient and does not make you fat. Go for .4-.6 grams per lb of body weight.
