exercise after car accident?

hi everyone.
I had a car accident 3 weeks ago.
I am still in pain (back and lower back) if i sit, stand or walk for too long. Unfortunately with that i havent done ANY exercise over the last 3 weeks.

Does anyone know of any exercise i could gently start doing again to ease into it?

I have managed to stick to my weight but finding it hard sticking to it with not being able to do exercise.

any help appreciated. thanks :smile:

    Schedule a visit with a doctor, nobody on here will be able to give you sound advice based on the info you've given.

    If you want to start working out without talking to your doctor first - congrats, you can be like me and still suffer the same pain seven years later. I strongly recommend NOT making the mistake that I did.

    thanks, i have booked a doctors and physio appointment as it still hasnt got any better. fingers crossed they can give some advice.

    Get your physical therapy done before you embark on a fitness program. If you fail to properly recover from the accident, there could be long-term health and fitness ramifications.
