What are your favorite portable protein snack recipes?

Was thinking of making these no bake almond butter protein bites - was curiuos if y'all had something better, or have tried this:

I am on the road alot for work, and find myself picking up smartfood or gluten free "healthy chips" but i'd rather make something easy in advance that doesn't have a million gross ingredients, and fills me up... and is good for me!

The diy quest bars are similar to your recipe. They call for peanut butter, protein powder, flax meal and honey. However, it is hard to stop eating them once I start.0
