SECOND TIME AROUND

I STARTED THIS ABOUT 19 MONTHS AGO AND NO LUCK. I JUST BUSY WITH LIFE. SO I STARED THIS HERBAL LIFE KICK GOING ON 3 WEEKS AND I LOST 16 LBS AS OF LAST SATURDAY. BUT LOOKING INTO IT I REALLY CAN'T AFFORD IT. SO I HAVE A STOCK OF BODY BY VI. SO AS OF YESTERDAY I'M GOING TO CONTINUE WITH MY 2 SHAKES A DAY AND GO FROM THERE. I'M REALLY WANT TO DO THIS RIGHT AND MAKE SURE I HAVE THE RIGHT BALANCE OF MEALS. IF THERE IS ANYONE OUT THERE WITH SIMPLE EATING HABITS AND SUGGESTIONS TO HELP ME , I WOULD GREATLY APPRECIATE IT. I'VE BEEN STRUGGLING

    For me it comes down to eating whole foods, logging & weighing everything, and staying within my calories. I suggest setting your calories at 20 percent below your TDEE. That's just me though. 70 lbs lost in 8 months. Was 230, now 160. Consistency my friend. ..

    Working out will help tone. Eating right will help you lose. Both... excellent.
