This. I'll add...chinese food, ribs, cheese cake, bread pudding, cocktails.

If it's good for you... is it a cheat? All you need to do is control your portions.

I like oatmeal protein balls. Oats (steel cut or old fashioned) with a scoop or two of protein powder and a couple table spoons of maple syrup. When I use chocolate peanut butter flavored powder, they taste like chocolate oatmeal cookies to me and they aren't so horrible for you if you eat a whole batch, as long as you keep that batch small.

I also love taco salads. I had a huge one yesterday with some chicken fajita meat, corn salsa, black beans and rice on top of veggies. It's like my favorite bad-for-you mexican food, but without the extra calories of the tortilla. It was also only around 400 kcal, so I don't know if it counts as a cheat meal, per se, but it feels like one!

Some of the skinny cow products also taste pretty good (I guess good enough to feel like cheat meals/snacks?), but tbh, if I want ice cream that badly, then A pint of Ben and Jerry's Half Baked is the only thing that will really help the craving... :s
