Trying to calculate

Hey everyone so umm trying to figure out how to calculate my daily work activities tha I do as work as I guess ether cardio or weight training Cuz I lift and put away at least 80 bags of 30 lbs of dog food at least once a week but I'm not sure what exersize that would be comparable to log into my calories for the day Cuz I lift a lot and I work up quite a sweat I also airsoft every second week with my bf and im trying really hard to get down from 212 to 130 ideally but I wasn't that light when I was swimming playing soccer and basketball and taking taekwondo all at once in high school lol so it might be physically out of the question for my body lol so Id be happy with 150 :p any tips on how to calculate that ??
