I am 5'3 258pds ..And I hate it. I have always been a petite girl all my life, so when I started to put on the weight I was in denial. I Kept telling myself It wasn't too bad, until I could no longer fit into any of my clothes. My family ,and friends didn't recognize me half of the time. But it really hit me when my son wanted me to play with him on the play ground over the summer, and I couldn't keep up with him. I would get winded so fast I would feel so embarrassed. When he would ask "Mommy chase me" and I knew that I couldn't because my back would be hurting or I just couldn't keep up. That's when I said enough is enough, I got myself a gym membership ,and started looking for recipes that could help me with cooking healthy meals.Then I found this App and I am glad I did because reading others success stories, and just knowing that I can talk to people that are reaching for the same goal is a great motivator. In 3 weeks I have lost 2 pds and that is big to me.. I can't wait to share more of my progress with you.
