Hi everyone! I'm back on here after a long absence...about 1+ year. And in that year I have put on about 20+ Lbs :-( ugh. I was in maintenance, got pregnant, had a baby 20months ago, and now weigh 185lbs. I'm tall, 5'9, but I feel best around 150lbs. I have had my most success when eating high protein/low carbs. I hope to start working out again with my hubby. He works out 5+ days a week 1.5 hrs a day, no excuses. Anyone wanna be friends? I'm not good at writing on each persons personal accomplishments because I'm very busy, but I read them all and it inspires me! :-) thanks
