To eat or not to eat?

It's midnight here. I ended up waking up at 1pm today (babysat late for a friend the night before).
I've had one meal in that whole time, at about 5pm.
Now I'm sitting here and I'm hungry. Yes, actually hungry, hunger pangs.
But I'm also thinking about going to bed so I can stay on schedule.
So do I eat this late? Or just ignore it and go to bed?

Eat. Unless you get heartburn or weird dreams, eat.
ETA: Assuming this isn't going to keep you up even later.0 -

It might, frankly it's a 50/50, same with heartburn.
Going to bed hungry kinda reminds me I should be in bed instead, but if I do go to bed now I may have to fight off that sick feeling you get when you haven't eaten in a long while.0
