Thigh exercises

I've been working out on my thighs for a little while and I need suggestions on the best exercises to work the inner thighs

    Pilates or yoga are excellent for building adductor strength. In weighted exercises, I'd recommend leg lifts. Note: no such thing as spot reduction, so you'd have to burn overall body fat first to decrease thigh size.

    Plié squats and curtsy lunges.
