It is harder to maintain the weight than lose it. I reached my goal around Nov, 09. Ever since then, I gained 3lbs. I am eating same type and amount of food. However I am turning 50 this year so I am dealingin with menopause. So I am wondering if my metabolism slowed down. Anyone who is 50+ experiencing similar problems? Any advice?
