Holidays and Staying on Track

Any tips out there about how to handle holidays and still stay on track with a healthy eating plan? We will be in a hotel for a week, eating out a lot, but also have a small fridge and microwave in our room. This will be hard for us. Holidays have always been about eating and drinking... which is part of the reason I am here to lose weight! :p
