hi I am new to strength training and I want to look at IIFYM, eating as clean as I can but enjoying a burger if I fancy it etc..
however I have no idea where to start, I don't need to loose weight, im 5'2 and around 7 and half stone which is 107lbs I think, which I perfect with my BMI, i want to cut the body fat that i have, i feel abs but cant see them
so not really sure what i need to do, if that makes any sense?
do i need to bulk then cut so i have weight to loose? i also struggle with putting on weight, my metabolism is very fast
sorry for rambled post, if someone can reply here or add me and send me private message be good

You should probably increase the amount you eat by a significant amount in addition to cutting down on cardio and adding some heavy lifting at the gym. What is your current workout regimen? I would recommend starting with Jamie Eason's "Live Fit" trainer on bodybuilding.com. She has great information on how to get abs (eat well and lift!) what to eat and shopping lists in addition to workouts for 16 weeks. And it's all free!
I do IIFYM and lift and have lost about 6 lbs and dropped my body fat by 2%. I was small to begin with but I've leaned out a lot and went down a dress size. I also eat whatever I want within reason (all about portion control) and feel strong and healthy.

Good Luck!

Try a bulk, you can always stop if you don't like it.
Eat 250 cals over your needs a day, gain half a pound a week, hopefully half of it muscle.
Do it as long as you can stand, then cut the fat slowly, your bf percentage will drop, and your new muscles will pop.0 -

do this and ditch the clean eating mentality ….you are going to have a hard time bulking up on just chicken/fish/rice/vegetables all the time….0 -
Yep, my days are filled with weight gainer shakes, Ben & Jerrys and occasionally, bottles of wine..0
