Lose fat or start toning? They're the same thing?0

Keep running and throw in some ab excercises and you'll be fine.0

I mean should I continue running? Or start on lifting etc to get abs?? I just want to prevent gain abs under my fat and just look worse.0

Start lifting, and do less cardio.0

I would add in some strength training, keep running, make sure you are eating enough protein and keep a small deficit - around 250cal per day.0
