My name is Gayle. I am a yow yow dieter. Have developed some illnesses related to my starting wt of 213.9 highest 225. Need motivation partner and others that have had bariatric surgery. :)

    I haven't had the surgery yet but I am about too. A little scared about it.

    I was scared to. Make sure and follow the pre diet. I was in hospital 2 nights...had plenty of pain meds.lots of gas...have to sip sip sip what they tell you to and walk as soon and as much as dr says. I went Gung ho when I got home thinking I could just start what I wa doing physically before surgery..nope...have to take things easy. So far I'm really please and amazing how good small amounts of pureed foods can taste!
