How do I keep my friends in my fitness group motivated to reach their goals

    We have a girls' group who has enjoyed some level of success. During one of our weekly lunches (very beneficial) we discussed why this time we felt successful in our efforts. Mostly, it boiled down to having the right tools and support. We use MFP and we all have some sort of activity trackers. We use different health apps as well. We also meet weekly for lunch and some of us meet other times to workout together. The weekly lunches is where we discuss been there/done that issues and there is a health or fitness topic.

    By keeping everyone motivated, they will see results and by seeing results, they will continue to be motivated...what a great cycle to be in...
