15 Minute Total Body Workout

Hello, i'm guessing if you clicked on this, you're often in a hurry and don't have much time to excercise? Correct?

Being a student myself, i'm often terribly busy. I'm an athlete at my highschool and play basketball 4 months out of the school year. Practices are rigorous (so keep in mind that my level and your level of intensity may be different) with running up and down 22 flights of stairs with intervals of push-ups, sit-ups, planks, etc as a warm up, and now that the season's over and exams are rolling in, i like to do these easy, light moq9i9x06qkh.jpg
excercises to keep me *decently* fit. I mean, a little is better than nothing right?

Note: this might be intense for beginners, pay attention to your posture, don't hurt yourself and consult with a physician just in case
