Today was arms day and at the end of biceps I wanted to finish off my workout with standing barbells curls. At set 2 with 95 lbs I failed...bad. I was just about to quit and moved onto triceps when I looked at my wrists...ISYMFS. Anyone who know CT Fletcher from YouTube (and can stand some strong language) can relate to if you fail...it doesn't matter, you have to finish what you started. So picked it back up to finish that and 3 more full sets. Don't quit folks, doesn't matter if it's a workout, nutrition or life, it's still your motha f***in set!
