I am thinking that changing my log to public will make me feel more accountable. Just wondering if I do that will all of my old logs become public too? I can't say I'm thoroughly proud of what I've eaten, but its why I am here lets be real I didn't get here eating fruits and veggies.

the past is the past. we all have 'good days' and 'bad days'. I just ate an oatmeal cream pie (Still have to log it LOL) that will send me over.
oh well. LOLOL0 -
and the main reason i have my diary set to public is so people can see you can eat like a real person (fast food, treats, goodies, eating out) pretty often and still lose weight.
yet people still think they can only eat chicken and broccoli every meal to lose (gag me!) lolol0 -
I assume everything you have logged will be available if you make your diary public.
I wouldn't worry about the past. It doesn't really matter what you ate last week or last month unless you ask someone to look back at that time period. Most people would probably only view fairly recent entries.0
