Hard time meeting macros to gain more muscle (female)

Want to gain more muscle mass and supposed to eat more calories above maintenance. Protein is a bit more than needed, fat % is fine, carbs are low but not one for much carbs (even though eating veggies, berries, quinoa, Ezekiel bread). Eat 5 times per day, strength train 5 days per week and 2 days/week cardio (no more than 25-30 min.). Used to eating only 1300 - 1500 calories and having hard time even getting to 1850 calories (which I should be at 2,180).
