    I recently found Virgil's zero calorie sodas that are Stevia sweetened. So far I have tried their root beer and creme soda and they are utterly FANTASTIC!

    I'm on a budget so sadly, I only get these quality, extremely tasty sodas once in a 'blue moon. They are about $5.00 plus tax for a four pack...of 12 ounce :(

    Generally, I drink water and like to 'switch it up' or I get bored so sometimes I add fresh lime juice or lemon juice (baby ones sell only for .20 cents! Also,w/ fresh mint from my garden. Sparkling water with the flavorings is great too.
    Green tea with rice is nice hot, warm or cold. I make 5 cups at a time and put it in a thermos.
    I do a variety of both hot and cold teas

    When stressed: Easy Now by Traditional Medicinals or Tension Tamer by Celestial Seasonings helps
    Sweet Harvest Pumkin is a black tea with a nice taste as is Constant Comment with orange peel. Finally Good Earth has a Caffeine Free and sugar free Sweet and Spicy Original Tea that is tasty...they also make stuff that looks the same with sugar so read the labels!
