It's always been hard for me to do crunches, but I'll try. I usually don't keep up or just plain forget, but I thought the same with my fitness pal, and my streak has been about twenty days now!

It deffinately helps when your keeping track of it as well it's I guess a form of holding yourself accountable
I have not started my strength exersizes yet lol still focusing on cardio for the next week or so then I'll hit the gym and be ready to look like a pro haha
