What benefits are you noticing already?

Trying to get your health on the right track is a great decision, but since sometimes our goals are so far off into the future, I think it's a good idea to start talking about what benefits we are already seeing as we get going. I'll start.

1. More energy
2. Better digestion
3. I used to have frequent heartburn, but it's almost completely gone.
4. Clothes fitting better
5. Better mood

I'm sure I could think of a couple more, and it's only been about a month since I started trying to get healthier, and less than two weeks since I started using MFP (during which time I've seen MUCH better results.)

    Benefits I have had so far --
    1. Significantly lower blood pressure/heart rate
    2. Have full energy as soon as I wake up, instead of like before where I would moan, and hit snooze button 3 times.
    3. Clothes fit way better.
    4. Way more self confidence.
    5. Way more knowledgeable about nutrition, health, and fitness than when I started
    6. Havent got a cold at all this winter (usually have 2-3 per winter). maybe just a coincidence.

    1) better endurance

    4) no more asthma
    5) clothing shopping is a breeze
    6) defining muscles
