what is your calorie in take and what exercise are you doing? what is your weight? need some motivation! calories: 1200, weight: 134, exercise: 2 miles daily, 5 times a week and light lifting!

    1560 cals weight 278 pounds (126kg) exercise 90 mins fast paced walking 5 times a weeks (6.5kms) and resistance band work
