Hello, so, I have been on my weightloss journey since August and went from 265 pounds to 217 i have been at this weight for about three months and it was getting frustrating. My friend told me to download this app so I did. I have been logging my food and exercise for about a week and I hope to see results.
Does anyone on here work third shift? I do and I find it difficult to eat three meals a day. Any advice for that will be helpful.

Yeah, I know I don't have to eat three meals a day, but the app already warned me twice that I have to eat more calories. I'm trying. I do log all my stuff though0
