My healthy 50cal snack that will really fill your tum!

Food/Amount: - Approx. Cals:
1 egg white - 20
1 zucchini - 4
1 Roma tomato - 22
1 Tbsp red onion - 4

Chop onion and tomato. Grate or chop zucchini. Mix in bowl with egg white.
Microwave on high for 3-4mins, stopping to stir about 4 times.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Enjoy :)
