Help, I'm a yo-yo!

I was looking at my sign-in streak there ~ 57 days in a row of logging on to MFP ~ and what have I lost? More than a stone.
BUT....
before anyone says 'well done' ~ it's NOT a good thing ~ because my overall loss since starting is a measly 4lb
I lose 2, gain 1, lose 2, gain 3, sigh. I feel like the first 3 months of the year have been a total waste of time dieting wise.
I lost 2 stone last year by being part of a really nice Facebook group, going from 17.2 stone to 15.2 ~ put some back on, lost some and am now stuck
I've just been diagnosed with low-blood sugar, so I have to 'fuel-up every 2 hours or so or I get shaky. I'm also on a lot of diff meds for agoraphobia and anxiety, have a bad back and very weak knees ( probably from carting around the flab)
So, I need help! Friends, hints, tips, 'good' foods to keep the blood sugar on the level. New friends who will kick my *kitten* if I'm not losing
Clocks went forward today for BST ~ and I don't want to spend another Summer dressed in black to hide flab. I want to be outside in the fresh air and be able to walk without pain.
Any helpers?
