to lose?
Mine is my face and I know it discourages, frustrates me. My mom's side, you can be 100# and you *will* have a double chin. Period. Mine is quite... round. LOL. My sister had weight issues (too thin b/c of the double chin) all her life. She passed in 2010. Just wondering if I am alone...

My double chin doesn't seem to be going away as fast as I want either. I think I would feel soooo much better about my weight loss if when I looked in the mirror I didn't see it all the time. Oh well, hopefully it will go soon. All my clothes are fitting better and I have even bought a few things that are smaller. I'm on my way, good luck to you too.0

I wish I could get past the double chin and say "hey! maybe it is working a little!". I found my shirt fit better after doing the wii for a week... and then I stopped. I really need to stop using my chin (which is why I do not allow photos of myself --can not remember the last time one was taken of me) as a reason. My double chin doesn't seem to be going away as fast as I want either. Mine is the abdomen...in particular, the dang flap from my pregnancies and c-sections. Working on it, but it's definitely frustrating!0

This is me too. I lost like 50 lbs a few years ago, but this part would not change.
Also, I had this exercise book that had an exercise where you just lift your head up and down, extending the chin, maybe that's supposed to help? I don't do it much, but I don't have a completely double chin yet, so maybe?0 -
Mine is my thighs. I have always had big legs and it seems no matter what I lose this part of my body refuses to shrink.0

Well so far, it's double chin, belly, and arms. But I still have 30lbs to go...0

Arms for me.
I've notice that I have gotten smaller in the hips/love handels area and chin. But my arms are still flabby like those dreaded chicken wings! The weird thing is, I mainly have been focusing on my arms and shoulders. Ugh!0 -

I know people skinnier than twigs with a saggy chin. So it's definitely not something you can 100% control with diet. Sorry to hear about your sister. My face is probably always going to be round and puffy! It's in my genes Just as long as my booty is not always round and puffy lol!0 -
My stomach. I have never had a flat stomach because all of my weight has been in my tummy  Face is the first place I lose it.0

I hate having big legs and really want lose weight in my legs.0

Oh god, do I know this problem. For me it's not the chin but the thighs and cankles. I've always had big, wobbly thighs and huge cankles, even when I was thinner. To make matters worse, I have very short legs, and the fat makes them look even stumpier *rolls eyes*.
Oh well. We can't all look "perfect", right?0 -
She was like 81 pounds at my wedding and her doctors was about to hospitalize her. She did not feel thin nor look thin to herself.
My is not sagging at the moment. I probably would be ok with a saggy chin. In is just out there. Full. I do not like. I was looking at photos between having my 2 kids (10 months apart), what a difference in my face! I know it will never go fully away, but to go down would be nice.I know people skinnier than twigs with a saggy chin. So it's definitely not something you can 100% control with diet.
