No bake candy bar
Options
I have been playing around with this recipe for awhile and I think I got the proportions to my liking. I brought a big batch to a family event and it was devoured. With the brands I use - the whole thing has 292 calories.
Melt and mix:
16 grams of peanut butter
7 grams of coconut oil
17 grams of dark chocolate chips
Add in 7 grams of honey and mix
Add in 8 grams of rice krispies and mix
Pour into a mold (aluminum foil on a small plate works well) and put it in fridge to harden. Store in the fridge until you are ready to consume.

I found this recipe a while ago. Haven't tried it yet, but it looks easy enough: http://darebee.com/recipes/homemade-no-bake-protein-bars.html0
