Low fat greek yogurt, a string cheese stick, fresh cut up veggies dipped in 2 tbsp. Hummus, 1/2 cup of strawberries in cottage cheese, Quest protein bars, air popped popcorn with no butter, an apple or banana with 1 Tbsp. Peanut or almond butter, a homemade smoothie (google recipes), 1/4 cup of raw, unsalted nuts of your choice, 1 piece while wheat bread with 1 Tbsp. Peanut or almond butter, 1/2 cup of fresh fruit salad, granola bar (try to go for one without a lot of added sugar), or celery sticks with 2 Tbsp. Peanut or almond butter to dip them in. Hope you can find a few new ideas on this list :)
