Hi, My name is Mary.
I have been overweight most of my life and been fighting it.
I am off to a good start now since I've discovered this sight and the help of all of you.
I have been sticking to the program, drinking water till I am just one big gurgle, I have lost 3 lbs. since 3/27. From 197 to 193. I see now this really works. I guess it's the water that flushes you out, if I could only stay out of the Bathroom for a little while. lol. I know it's only water wt. that I'm losing, but it looks good on the scale. So Happy.
