I've been on the green juice diet and now am starting solid food, any help and support would be very welcome.

Here's a newbie help post with links to useful info such as sexypants, realistic goal setting (weight, calories, macros), and others, but it sounds like those 2 will be the most useful for you if you've come to realize that juicing isn't healthy and are wanting to start eating a sustainable diet from here on.
The third link in the goal setting post is to a calculator from the Baylor College of Medicine. It will tell you not only your BMI at any weight (so you can see if your goal weight is healthy), but also how many calories you need to support that weight at various activity levels, AND how many servings of the food groups you need to eat. That last should be very helpful to you as you start learning how to eat healthy.
Glad to see you're not going to do the juice thing any more. That's a crock. Just eat real food. The fiber helps keep you fuller longer, as well as helping digestion & glucose (blood sugar) regulation.0 -
Thanks for the information. I really appreciate it.0
