nurses scales for weigh in

Hi, I get weighed every 4 week s by the nurse. On my scales at home I had lost 3lbs this month, but on her scales I'd lost.a big fat 0
!!! Should I believe mine or hers? ??? X

    Clothes, food and other stuff can affect your results. I would go by yours since you are probably doing it more consistently (aka, no clothes or little clothes, same time, etc...)

    3lbs can easily be clothing + food, depending on when you were weighed last time at the nurse's.

    If you weighed there last time in light clothing in the morning and this time wore heavier clothing and/or ate more, that can easily mask the weight loss.

    Food for thought -

    I gain 3lbs just by getting dressed. You could very, very easily be doing the same. Plus if you're retaining some water, there's a little more weight masking what you've lost.

    Go by yours - and congrats on the 3lbs! :)
