Hey everyone! A friend suggested I download this app to keep track of my fitness/diet. I don't really know where to begin but I do appreciate the availability to communicate with complete strangers that ultimately share the same goals. Sometimes it's easier this way. :) Starting my long journey that probably should have began many many years ago. Good luck to me! My name is Phanh and I'm a trauma nurse. I have three beautiful kids and a loving husband of 16 years. My only health issue is that I was diagnosed with diabetes 3 years ago. I'm Asian and it's soooooo hard to not consume rice. Ohhhhh.... Help me!

    Hi Phanh, I'm new to this also, it's been a month so far. I know how it feels to have to cut back on something that you may have to eventually give up for health reasons. Take it slow and cut back on it at first, cut the portion size, work out and try not to tell yourself that it's "sooooooo" hard...lol you can do it...it will all happen in time. Make it a great day!
