Carb Cycling Without Exercise?

So I am very excited to announce I have hit my first goal weight of Onderland this morning weighing in at 199.2 (I'm 5'4) I lost 15 pounds in 3 weeks by eating low carb (Not induction low either just under 100 g per day) but each week I would inevitably have a "cheat" day and eat well over my carb limit. The day after my cheat I would weigh 4-5 pounds less than the day before! I don't understand how that works since everything I've read about cycling refers back to weight lifting. Besides caring for my 3 year old and 3 month old all day I do not exercise (but am active stairs, dancing, carrying kids around etc) So what do you guys think caused the drastic loss after each carb heavy day?
