Going for a long hike or bike ride works for me.

Being in a mood isnt going to do anything except make you miserable.
You dont say how much you gained or how much you have to lose, but you cna fluctuate 1-5lbs naitally during the day with the body just doing its own thing.

If you are absolutely sure you have been eating under your calories and are at an accurate deficit, then just keep doing the right thing and be patient. The most common reason for people not losing is becayse they are eating more han they think and burning less.

Do not reatliate with food because that makes it worse. Find some way of chilling out and be philosophical or if you ahve the time and energy go and work some off in the gym.

Weight loss isn't linear. I've gained over the past five days, but I know it's because TOM is coming. Once that starts I'll drop back down. Calm down and find an activity that will make you feel better, whether it's exercising, reading, dancing, or shopping.

Stop weighing daily if it effects your mood so much?

If you have to weigh daily, the chart it so you can see the fluctuations.
I didnt mention hormones or water retention either.
  • Weight yourself weekly! Weight goes up and down so much! And muscle weighs more than fat! Go by your clothes :)
